Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning
During cold installation, hinge supports must be set on the piping to prevent displacement of the pipeline after heating; the coupling must be heat-aligned after the pump body is heated to avoid additional torque damaging the equipment.
Before the first start, water (or slurry) must be poured in and the motor direction must be checked to ensure that there is no abnormal sound before formal operation.
Operation monitoring and safety protection
An interlocking alarm device must be installed at the outlet pressure measurement point to prevent pipeline blockage from causing overload damage to the pump body; the speed must be gradually increased at the initial start to avoid sudden pressure changes that impact the bearings.
Regularly check the lubricating oil level and replace or replenish it in time; the medium must be emptied after long-term disuse to prevent internal scaling or corrosion.
Maintenance and life management
Regularly replace bearings and melt filters to avoid long-term high-pressure operation; the internal parts must be removed during cleaning to prevent foreign matter from entering the pump body.
Control the pump jacket temperature to be slightly lower than the pipeline heat medium temperature to prevent melt degradation, and improve the bearing capacity by optimizing the bearing area temperature.
