It has the characteristics of sensitive action, good sealing, small pressure loss, and high adjustment accuracy. It is suitable for pressure reduction regulation and automatic control of gas, liquid, steam and other media.
Precautions for use
Preparation before installation: The pipeline should be cleaned before installation to prevent debris from damaging the sealing surface or clogging the valve core. The installation location should be easy to operate and maintain, ensure the cleanliness of the pipeline, and avoid poor valve sealing or abnormal operation.
Environmental requirements: The MAC solenoid valve requires an ambient temperature of -25 to 60°C and a relative humidity of ≤95%. If installed in open air or high-temperature places, waterproof and cooling measures must be taken. In places with earthquake sources, stay away from the vibration source or add anti-vibration measures.
Installation method: Generally, it should be installed vertically. It can be tilted in special cases, but additional support protection is required. When the pipeline height is greater than 2m, a platform should be set up to facilitate the operation of the handwheel and maintenance.
Electrical part: The installation of the electrical part should comply with the relevant electrical equipment construction requirements, especially the explosion-proof products should be installed in accordance with the "Electrical Equipment Installation Specifications in Hazardous Locations".
Maintenance: During use, pay attention to whether the pipeline pressure is normal, check and maintain regularly, and ensure that the valve is cleaned after use to reduce impurities.
